Shipping Policy Jewellery (UK Only)

1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Times
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For® delivery.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch

A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Signed For® services include confirmation of delivery, and tracking may be available depending on the service used.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@formandfindingsstudio.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item from a local delivery office.

7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund & Returns Policy (Jewellery)

1. Returns & Exchanges Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Once your request has been approved, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund

3. Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
All returns must be sent using a
Royal Mail Signed For® service to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Form and Findings Studio, Coda Music & Arts Trust, Studio 4, Chewton Farm Road, Walkford, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 2DQ.

We are not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit, so we strongly recommend retaining proof of postage.

4. Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Return postage costs for faulty items will be fully refunded
  • You may be offered a replacement or full refund

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
  • Made-to-order or bespoke commissions, unless faulty
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hello@formandfindingsstudio.com.
